Yes. We have our own exclusive quality assurance program and supplier evaluation process which includes QA during development and ICONS America QC inspections before delivery of every shipment. We follow strict guidelines to source and produce products according to specifications. Our proprietary, industry leading Quality Assurance program is based on international sampling method ANSI/ASQC Z1.4 and includes on-site quality engineering, quality control and project management. As a result, our clients always receive top-tier quality and service.
Standard options include Freight on Board (FOB); Cost, Insurance, Freight (CIF); Delivery Duty Paid (DDP); Delivery At Place (DAP) and Delivered and Duty Unpaid (DDU). Shipping options can be negotiated in the beginning stages of our partnership when the project is in development.

Yes. We have several product engineers, product designers and a full development team on staff that can work with you to design bespoke packaging or customize existing packaging.
No, since we have such a large selection of items, there are too many to feature on our website or in a catalog. We have an extensive packaging collection with thousands of options available across various product categories including tubes, bottles, droppers, pumps, sprayers, jars, compacts, liquid lip wands, mascaras, lipsticks, lipbalms, pencils, pansticks, and clickpens. Please contact us at info@ics-world.com and include any details about your project, such as size, shape, quantity requirement and any other special requirements or benchmark picture if available.
Minimum order quantities vary depending on the product, however, our standard is 20,000-25,000 pieces.
We request artwork in PDF or AI format. Photographs should be 300 dpi and artwork can be sent via email.
When you first begin your relationship with us, we will send you our New Client Application Form and work with you to confirm payment terms based on credit history.
